There are plenty of twists and turns in the nothing-is-what-it-seems thriller "Not Forgotten," but they result in a movie that's more convoluted than satisfying. To his credit, director Dror Soref, working from a script he wrote with Tomás Romero, conjures up some atmospheric moments and a few effective surprises.
