Due ragazzi e due ragazze che hanno come aspirazione quella di diventare bravi nel cinema decidono di girare un prodotto indipendente in un bosco dove un killer con un sacchetto sulla testa uccide le povere vittime. Realtà e finzione non saranno così distinte però.
Whatever your opinion of mumblecore, the indie subgenre that Jay and Mark Duplass helped invent, there is no doubt that the Duplass brothers, a writing and directing team, have sophisticated radar trained on the undercurrents of contemporary relationships. The shallow, crabby characters in their second feature film, “Baghead,” are uncomfortably recognizable.
It would be best to simply recommend "Baghead" without any description so its surprises could remain intact. Nevertheless . . . The characters are struggling actors with relationship complications who decide to write a movie to showcase themselves. But wait! It's much better than it sounds.
