Sebastian Gutierrez's entertaining and determinedly racy "Women in Trouble" has a lot going for it, despite its modest budget, little-known cast and reported 12-day shooting schedule. To judge by the swelling bosoms spilling out of the frame, the lingerie bill for "Women in Trouble" must have been estimable.
