The plot of “Stuff and Dough” is, at least at first glance, as plain and straightforward as the movie’s title. A young man named Ovidiu (Alexandru Papadopol) is hired by a smooth, shady businessman to drive a mysterious package — that would be the stuff — from the Romanian coastal city of Constanta to the capital, Bucharest.
