E' il 1941. Un soldato italiano diretto al fronte attraversa l'Europa orientale in treno, tormentato dai fantasmi del passato. Nel 2018 nuovi conflitti insanguinano la stessa area geografica, riaprendo vecchie ferite nel cuore del Vecchio Continente.
1941. An Italian soldier is headed to the front, crossing East Europe on a train, and tormented by his past's ghosts. 2018. New conflicts are wrecking havoc on the same area, reopening old wounds in the heart of Europe.
